This month, our focus is on Behavioral AI. PRESENTATION OVERVIEW Behavioral AI: What AI Reveals When It Enters Real Work As AI moves from experimentation into everyday operations, its biggest impact often isn’t technical—it’s behavioral. In this session, David Dean explores what becomes visible when intelligent systems enter real organizational workflows: how judgment shifts, how responsibility blurs, how risk gets distributed, and how accountability quietly changes hands. This meetup is designed as a short, focused talk followed by a live reading + interview-style discussion drawn from David’s new independent book, An Inbox Between Us. Rather than an “AI tools” or “adoption strategy” session, this conversation names patterns many teams feel but rarely have language for—coordination breakdowns, unclear ownership, invisible decision policies, and the subtle ways automation reshapes trust and governance. Speaker: David Dean Event Details: Location: 1951@Skysong @ Scottsdale, AZ Time: 5:30 PM - 7:30 PM - talk will begin at 6:00pm (we get kicked out promptly at 7:30pm) Free Parking: Easily available (free) Food: Simple Pizza and Water
