Kids and their families are invited to join the Northeast Wisconsin American Chemical Society and the Oshkosh Public Library for “Chemistry Under Construction” , a free National Chemistry Week program. “Chemistry Under Construction” will be at 1 – 3 pm, on Saturday, October 17 in the lower level of the Oshkosh Public Library. At this drop-in program, kids and families will do hands-on activities to learn about the chemistry in our everyday lives. Free print copies of the National Chemistry Week edition of Celebrating Chemistry will be available.

National Chemistry Week celebrates the importance of chemistry in everyday life and is supported by the American Chemical Society, a non-profit scientific and professional organization founded in 1876 (acs.org).
