Suddenly we’re in the month of May and that means that the annual Deerlick Astronomy Village Memorial Weekend Picnic is coming up!
We supply the meats (hot dogs, bratwurst & burgers) and and invite you to bring the sides and desserts.
Meal setup & socializing will begin in the pavilion on Grier’s Field at 4 PM on the Sunday afternoon of Memorial Day weekend, May 26, 2024. Chow down starts at 5 PM.
Anyone interested in DAV is welcome - no field membership is required this weekend. You might want to bring a camp chair in case we have an overflow crowd in the pavilion. Camping on the field will be free on Sunday night for picnic attendees.Â
