Desert Botanical Garden: Art – Nature Journaling: Learning to Look and Wonder

Take a sketchbook out onto the Garden trails (weather permitting) to do some deep observation, learning to look at nature in a new way and ask questions about the world around us. This will be a mix of nature sketching, personal journaling, and scientific observations as used by field biologists (no science backgrounds required–just a love for nature!). Instructed by Dakota Drake. Part of this class will be held outdoors; please dress for the weather. Garden admission included.
