It’s never too late to improve your Balance, Coordination, Strength and Stability! In this four-part, weekly series, participants will learn balance and fall prevention training exercises. This Fall Prevention program will teach you to be steady, strong and in control of your movements. Participants will practice how to improve coordination, strengthen key muscles and build endurance with each weekly session. Topics will address how to improve: Ankle and foot awareness, strength and ability Postural awareness and reduce the effect of an aging spine Stimulation of the vestibular system Flexibility, strength and power in the lower body Please come dressed and prepared to participate in gentle physical activity for this workshop-style four-week exercise series. Participants of all ages and abilities are welcome. Dian Nissen is a certified Pilates trainer, ACE gold-certified group fitness instructor and certified Bellicon fitness trampoline trainer. She founded Ageless Fitness in 1994, and specializes in Strength, Balance and Mobility training for Seniors.
