Join Gina T’ai, Associate Professor in the Departments of Performing and Applied Arts and Health and Society at Beloit College, as she leads us in gentle exercises that help to calm the nervous system all under the forest canopy of Big Hill Park.
This is a free, family friendly event! Participants encouraged to bring own yoga mats or chairs. Participants are encouraged to explore Big Hill Park after the reset!
