Girls Who Code's Pathways

Girls Who Code is excited to offer Pathways this spring from Monday, March 1st, through Friday, April 16th! This seven-week program is a free, flexible online learning opportunity for students who want to learn coding at their own pace.

Participants will be able to complete coursework in five tracks: Data Science + AI, Game Design, Web Development, Cybersecurity, and AI + Society.

While the program does not have set daily class time, students are able to attend virtual events with program advisors and partners from with tech organizations. They can also connect with peers through Girls Who Code’s private Discord community and join optional Student Hours for live support and collaboration.

Pathways is open to high school girls and non-binary students of all experience levels, including returning participants. Check out our eligibility criteria for more information.

Through Pathways, we aim to make computer science opportunities more accessible to students with a wide range of backgrounds – so this application is designed to be short and simple! We do not collect essays, projects, or additional written materials from applicants. Pathways is open to all experience levels, including students new to coding.
