iD Tech: Art & Animation Camp

Art inspires creativity in many forms—from fine art to graphic novels and animated movies. Now, it’s your turn to pick up the pen and develop your own voice! Artists, unite! Sharpen your drawing skills and join this collaborative introduction to digital art. You’ll start with the fundamentals to design characters and illustrate a story. Whether you want to create a comic, animate a flipbook, or design trading cards, you’ll bring it to life with your teammates. Then, enter the realm of digital art! With a drawing tablet, you’ll learn how to draw and animate on a digital canvas just like pencil and paper. For the finale, create a short animation or independent art project. All your work will culminate in a gallery-style showcase at the end of the week for your friends and family to enjoy. Ages 7 - 9 June 8 - 12
