Parks for Pollinators BioBlitz Join us this year as we team up with the National Recreation and Park Association- Parks for Pollinators BIOBLITZ! Have you ever wanted to learn more about butterflies? Well, here is your chance! The Maricopa County Parks and Recreation Department is hosting a butterfly workshop to help you identify and understand butterflies. And several butterfly monitoring events to help determine population trends, species richness, and diversity within the county. Participate in a national pollinator bioblitz! Optional equipment: camera, binoculars, and a butterfly ID Book. We will be hiking in the desert environment.
