More Information

Come meet Ranger Olivia and learn more about how and why Maricopa County Parks monitor and support butterfly populations. Along with the other pollinators that help out in our parks! Twice a year, Maricopa County Parks and Recreation works with local experts and volunteers to spend a few hours out on our park trails to count and record butterfly populations. There will also be information on other pollinators that reside in our parks such as bats, flies, and bees in support of the Parks for Pollinators BioBlitz. If you or someone you know would be interested in helping count butterflies and want more information on requirements or just want to know more about butterflies, then stop by the Nature Center anytime between 12PM-2PM. MEETING LOCATION: Nature Center No registration required.
