More Information

Celebrate the closing of Native Plant Month by spending the morning outside to learn all about the native plants of the Sonoran Desert during this guided plant hike with Ranger Olivia. Enjoy a guided plant hike along one of our trails to see all the beauty the desert plants have to offer. We will begin along the Littleleaf trail and connect onto a portion of the Goldmine trail to create a 1.7-mile loop. These trails are mostly flat with one section that has an uneven/rocky slope, so please wear closed-toed shoes. Bring any questions you have about the plants that reside in the desert. Restrooms and water are available at the Nature Center, but please be sure to bring plenty of water. MEETING LOCATION: Main Trailhead Staging Area Map of Meeting Location: https://maps.app.goo.gl/FiNTS7YSYyp9qGNUA No registration required.
