Join NAAMCE at Springfield-Beckley Municipal Airport on Friday, October 16th for STEM Day!
A free, hands-on STEM experience for students in grades 6–12, focused on aviation, engineering, technology, and the future of flight. Students will rotate through interactive activities, meet aviation professionals, and experience STEM in action.
Here’s a quick look at the day:
8:00–8:30 — Arrival & Check-In
8:30–9:00 — Welcome
9:00–9:45 — Rotation 1
9:45–10:30 — Rotation 2
10:30–11:15 — Rotation 3
11:15–12:00 — Lunch
12:00–12:45 — Rotation 4
12:45–1:30 — Rotation 5
1:30–2:00 — Closing
2:00 — Departure
Students will explore aircraft, Drone Soccer and aviation gaming, the future of flight, hands-on engineering challenges, and airport operations.
There is no cost for students or schools, and lunch is provided.
