Town of Gilbert: Under the Sea Art Camp

Jump into the fascinating mini-ecosystem of a tidepool with this exploration in process art. From crusty crabs to colorful seaweed, this camp allows for ample creative freedom and exploration. Your artist will experiment with many different materials from pool noodles to model magic to create their own tidepools. What to expect: Day 1: Paint the ocean background and sculpt the sea creatures from clay. Day 2: Create the paper sea creatures and seaweed sculptures Day 3: Draw and paint the sea creatures using watercolors Day 4: Assemble the collage. Celebrate with a flip-flop paint party. Join us for an art show the last 15 minutes of class. This class takes place at the Hot Potato Studio at 1661 S. Val Vista Dr. #105, Gilbert 85295.
