Ann Arbor Astronomy on Tap: Cosmic Winds & Hollywood Suns

Join us for another Ann Arbor Astronomy on Tap event on Tuesday, January 20 at 7pm at Grizzly Peak Brewing Co. (120 W Washington St, Ann Arbor, MI 48104).

This week, we will hear from astronomy postdoc Doyee Byun about Quasar Outflows 🌌 🔍 and from Austin Edmister, assistant director of astronomy at the Detroit Observatory, about how the Sun became a movie star! 📹☀️

We will have new 👽 alien magnet 🛸 designs for purchase, and of course our usual smattering of unique stickers to support us. If you plan to purchase merch, remember to bring cash! 💰💵

The event starts at 7pm at Grizzly Peak Brewing Co. where you can find great food and drinks. All ages welcome! Parking can be found nearby for a fee at the First & Huron Parking Lot.
