More Information

The goal of the study is to establish a Gambling Functional Assessment for Sport Betting. Currently, there are limited treatment resources for clinicians working with adults who wager on sports. Furthermore, little is known about the variables that are believed to maintain gambling behaviors for non casino types of games of chance (i.e., polymarket and prizepicks or other app-based sports books).

All procedures will complete a series of online surveys. Those who want to participate will need to be include 18 years or older and report betting on sports (including polymarkets and other app-based sports books like fantasy sports) in the past year. After completing all surveys, participants will be aksed if they want to provide their email address for a chance to win one of 10 $100 gift cards drawn from a raffle at the end of the study.
